INTERNAL and EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS 

A stakeholder is anyone with an interest in a business, stakeholders are individuals, groups or organizations that are affected somehow by the activity of the business. Internal stakeholders are groups within the business or people who work directly within the company, such as employees, owners, and investors. External stakeholders are groups outside a business or people who are not directly working within the firm but are affected in some way from the decisions of the business, such as customers, suppliers, creditors, community, trade unions, and the government.
