Direct Costs
Direct costs can be clearly identified with each unit of ptoduction of specific goods or services, these refers to materials, labor and expenses related to the production of the product.
Some of Tantum’s direct costs include the expenses of the project managers who conduct the counsulting lessons and the cost of the spaces where we offer our services, all the material we need for our services is included in these.

Variable Costs
Variable costs are expenses that vary depending on the output of the company.
Tantum's variable costs include quality control staff's salaries and the maintenence of technologies.

Indirect Costs
Indirect costs are costs that are not directly associated with a unit of production, they can’t be allocated accurately to a cost centre. They are also known as overhead costs.
Some of Tantum’s inidrect costs are the office rent, or the marketing expenses, as well as taxes and new IT systems.

Fixed Costs
Fixed cost, contrarily to variable costs, do not vary with the company's output in the short run.
Examples of Tantum's fixed costs are the employees' insurance, the interest in bank loans and utilities such as electricity and gas
Revenue
Revenue is the income received by a company from the sale of a product or service that it provides to its consumers. Revenue is recoreded on the firm's accounts weather the cash has been received from the customer/debtor or not. However, revenue is not the same as profit. To obtain the profit all the cost of operating need to be subtracted from the total revenue.

Total Revenue
Total revenue refers to the total income of a business and is calucalted by multiplying the quantity of goods sold or, in our case, services, by the price of the goods.

Revenue Streams
Revenues stream is simply another way to call income, but the phrase is often qualified as “new” or “additional”. So revenues streams are new, undiscovered, innovative and creative means of generating income.
Some examples of Tantum's revenue streams are the sponsorships we did to public events and the advertisments that we allowed to have on our website.
